Lasap Menudo Mix 30g Directions 1. Dissolve Lasap Menudo Mix in 1 cup of water. Set aside. 2. Fry 1 cup (200g) of diced potatoes. Set aside 3. Stir fry 1/4kg of diced beef and 150g of diced beef liver. Pour dissolved mix, simmer until tender. Add hot water, if necessary. 4. Add fried potatoes, 2 pcs (60g) of diced bell pepper, 1/3 cup of cooked garbanzos and 1/2 cup raisins. Simmer for 2 minutes
