Winter Fancy Food Show 2025
The Center for International Trade Expositions and Missions (CITEM) is bringing FOODPhilippines exhibitors to the 49th edition of the Winter Fancy Food Show (WFFS) happening from January 19 to 21, 2025 at the Las Vegas Convention Center (LVCC) in Las Vegas, Nevada, USA.
The Philippine delegation will join over a thousand fellow exhibitors from around the world to bring the latest in food concepts, products, innovations, and trends helping define current and future market taste.
A key event for global export players focused on hitting the consumer pulse, the WFFS is the first extensive food event for the year that helps set the tone for what food retailers, buyers, and related services will bring to the specialty food table in 2025. The Specialty Food Association (SFA) projects continuous growth in the now over US$200B specialty food industry, estimating sales to pass the US220B mark in 2024.
As the US market holds a significant share in global trade relations, the FOODPhilippines participation in Winter Fancy opens substantial opportunities for participating Filipino MSMEs. With 2025 trends going in the direction of more culinary diversity, personal home cooking, and premium natural ingredients, the Philippines is more than ready to reassert its place as a leading sourcing destination for the F&B industry and allied services.
Given its treasure trove of unique gourmet selections – from natural tropical fruit products, such as coconut, mangoes, and cacao; authentic meal preparation ingredients reflective of local culture and highly adaptable to diverse consumer use; to artisanal food and beverages – this year’s FOODPhilippines participation in Winter Fancy is significant to establishing Philippine market presence in North America. It also contributes to the overall efforts of CITEM, supported by the Philippine Trade and Investment Center (PTIC) - Los Angeles, to solidify the country’s export capabilities around the world.
Expect more from lead export promotion agency CITEM as it holds the 18th edition of IFEX Philippines at the World Trade Center Metro Manila in Pasay City, Philippines from May 22-24, 2025.
